“Our booking and arrival, and transfer to the airport were uncomplicated. Our flights were delayed on the way back, and my email was acknowledged during the flight. I called when we had collected our baggage and told not to worry, just to turn up. My only thought would be that a technology solution to comms would have been helpful rather than telephony - I only had data abroad, and if I could have pinged you through WhatsApp or another solution that would have been ideal.”

Catching thr return bus at T2 was a bit confusing. Followed instructions given on a sheet of paper before we left but no sign of pick up vehicle. Called the phone number and got automated instructions to go to a different pick-up location. Went there, but still no sign of collecting bus. Phoned main switchboard number and told to go back to original location and shortly after bus arrived to collect us. Collecting car from car park was very easy. Would happily use again but they need to update automated message!”
