“Clear instructions to find the parking just off the m25 avoiding ULEZ. Friendly helpful staff. Bus was waiting at the car park and went direct to the terminal. Flight delayed on return and went a few minutes over booked parking with no additional cost. Wait for bus was only a few minutes. Busses have lots of luggage space, clean and modern.”
