“The process was easy! Drop car off and go. Which was great. However we got back to the car, no damage on the car, but it had an extra 15 miles on the clock. The car is a hybrid we made sure to have 50% electric left in the car so we could travel home. When we turned on the car there was 0%. We had only gone 3 days - the car is brand new no reason it should have drained. We were in a rush to get home due to the time so we left - once leaving we realised we couldn’t raise a complaint so it was okay but leave your car at your own risk.”
“Great service as always. I had made an error in my booking (flights moved and I hadn’t updated) - it was no problem at all at 4am. Thank you so much & see you next trip!”
“Driver unhelpful. Didn't offer to help 4 ladies which included disabled persons. Was talking on his phone while we struggled to get suitcases on the bus. When we struggled to get off the bus he was playing poker on his phone, and watched us struggling.
We regularly travel and always use APH at Gatwick. They are extremely helpful. If we fly from Heathrow again, I will not be using Maple parking and wouldn't recommend them.”
“Where do i start incompetent drivers ! We got to Heathrow and i had a notification from my car saying bonnet was open ( I guess they had been pressing buttons on the remote ans one is to open bonnet which you press twice) had toi call them saying ffs don't drive it and how to close the bonnet with out damaging it. I then looked on my phone where car was when we landed and basically the telemetry from the car shows harsh acceleration and braking . Ive had to log onto my car and put valet mode on so it limits the power and locks everything so nothing can br opened. Really not happy with MY car being driven like that its a 509 bhp tesla so a quick car and to be driven like a yob. Ive screen shot the telemetry. Will not use them again. Aph ive used at gatwick and been fine. I also assumed that car will ve kept on site where I left it so NOT driven on public roads”
