“Especially-friendly staff at the drop / pickup facility. The bus service works well. The check-in service was easy and fast, although a single traveller with a valuable luggage bag must carry it up stairs into the reception office to leave the key and receive the coded receipt.
Our vehicles are stored a mile away; this drop-off / pick-up facility is soon to be inside the expensive Low Emissions Zone ULEZ from 29th August 2025. Will you resite the facility to be at the storage park to avoid this extra £25 penalty? It may even be a £50 penalty if you choose to move the vehicles the day after or reposition the day before.

“Such a great service. Easy to find and no queue when dropping keys. Quickly transferred to the terminal. Upon return, a bus quickly arrived and took us back to the car park. Again, no queue and car was there waiting for us. Such polite staff and very well organised.”
“We arrived on time for an immediate check-in and a comfortable bus to the terminal. When we arrived home, the bus pick-up was on time and the handover of our car took 2 minutes. We will use Maple Parking again.”
