“Great service! Really easy instruction of where to park and what the process was, very close to the arrivals of our terminal just a very short walk away including using a lift. Really nice and helpful people, who took photos of the car as soon as we arrived and sent them straight away. On our return it was a simple phone call to let them know we'd collected our baggage and they'd be on route to you with the car. Always picked up the phone straight away and responded to WhatsApp messages very quickly. They even left us a couple bottles of water in the car for the journey home. Thank you!”

“I rang the number given to advise I was waiting for my luggage and again when I had retrieved it.
A response came at once saying the car would be delievered in 15-20 minutes. By the time I'd got to the short term car park at Terminal 5 Heathrow I had only to wait 5 minutes. The driver was very friendly and apologised for the delay (as far as I was concerned there was none.) He made sure I inspected the vehicle and helped to load the luggage. A nice surprise inside - 2 bottles of water and some sweet lollies. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company. I will certainly use you again. An extremely good homecoming, well done.”

But after reading all the positive reviews for Parkair 247 we decided to take the jump. It was very convenient as we were flying from Heathrow T5 but return to T4. However there was no issues with Parkair. Some minor delays on both departure and arrival dates but nothing serious. Received photos of my car on the departure date and also received complementary water bottles on return. Hopefully will use again in future. Good communication throughout the process. Thank you.”
