“Smooth from beginning to end. They even called me each way which I thought was very good. They were there to meet me on both ends and fully appreciated the ease with which everything was dealt with. Both attendants each way were super efficient, polite and very respectful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. I would go to say they were the best for airport parking.”
“Used Parkair for the first time. Very clear instructions to get to drop off. When we arrived back our car was ready & freindly Parkair attendant matched us with our car when we popped out on the fourth floor of the lift in T2. We got our ticket and off we went. Would definitely use again”

Went through procedure of ringing 30 minutes before arrival at airport had to wait an hour in car park before meet & greet took car. Very disappointed

“Great service. Staff were proactive in ringing me when my flight in London landed, and were very friendly. Car takes about 20-25 mins to be driven offsite onto Short Stay Car Park level, so I would ring when you get to baggage handling rather than wait to collect you lugagge first then ring, as we were stood in the cold for a while. Also, not a problem of ParkAir but the signage going to Level 4 from the motorway needs to be bolder and lit up at night as we ended up paying £7.50 for the privilege of going into the wrong entrance and back out again. That was quite irritating!”
