Very efficient company to work with. Although some information from APH to Parkair was not transmitted correctly Parkair contacted me by telephone to ensure they had the correct terminal at Heathrow. Very impressed that Parkair took time to ensure all went smoothly. Pick up after the holiday was quick and timely. Car was at collection point by the time we arrived so we had a quick start to journey home. Will definitely book with Parkair again.

We used the parking for a 2 week stay at Heathrow Airport, we had previously used the long stay parking which involved waiting for a shuttle bus, Parkair was actually cheaper than the official Heathrow long stay parking, well I must admit it was a very good service a person rang me before I got there and was waiting to greet me when I arrived at row B short stay, which is basically right opposite the terminal lifts. On my return I had a phone call while waiting at passport control and asked to ring back when I collected my baggage. When I got out the lifts by row B my car and driver was waiting, the car was in the same condition I left it in and the driver then paid for the exit ticket. So I'll definitely be using Parkair next time

Service was OK, on arrival we waited for around 10 minutes for the Parkair man to arrive, the issue is that they do not have a desk in with the other providers at level 4, probably the reason that they undercut on prices. On return we phoned and the guy said 30 minutes but this ended up at an hour due to traffic in and out of the airport so probably not their fault. We called after 30 minutes and were tolsd another 20 minutes which ended up at 30 minutes, I asked them to get the driver to call me and he did and was appologetic, it was out of his control. In summary I would prefer not to fly from Heathrow and would probably choose a provider with a desk at the airport
