“Parkair24/7 were great as I changed the dates a few times as I went to the Middle East so my journey was hit and miss however, I booked through APH who were unwilling to help but Parkair24/7 were very helpful

“The meet & greet went ok, however a couple of things made us feel it might not have: they do not have a desk at Heathrow T3 so the meet part was a guy flagging us down as we approached the area. Similarly on our return, it wasn’t clear what was happening (although, after a 20 minute, the car arrived).
We had been told to expect photos of the car after we’d dropped it off, but we didn’t receive any.
The delay before we could pick up the car, whilst not unreasonable, seemed like they hadn’t been monitoring flight arrivals; if true, we could have phoned sooner, after disembarking the plane, as well as after collecting our luggage - but this wasn’t requested in the instructions.
In summary, all was fine, and the price was reasonable, but it felt less well organised than other companies we have used.”
