“Not used Parkair24/7 before but have to say our experience was absolutely outstanding, we flew from Heathrow Terminal 5.
From booking the parking right through to the collection of our car everything ran like clockwork. We paid part of the parking fee using Tesco Clubcard vouches which wasn't a problem.
The staff for both the drop-off and collection were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient as well as being really nice guy's.
The communications throughout were also spot on, even warning about the need to enter the London ULEZ and advising how to check the eligibility of your vehicle. Phone, email and WhatsApp contact was easy and all calls or messages promptly and efficiently dealt with. I would 100% recommend Parkair24/7 and will definitely use them again in the future.”
