“We returned from El Salvador after travelling for over 16 hours and had to wait 50 mins for our car to be returned. This happened in Sunday lunchtime -there wasn’t anyone in the carpark to speak to -we phoned as soon as we retrieved our cases as requested -the driver said he went to the wrong lane and had to go round again -this took 50 mins ?? We didn’t think it was an adequate explanation. We wont be using this company again in spite of being a loyal customer over the years.”
“Oncollecting my car on the 2nd Jan there was scratches down the side etc , the APH rep took pictures , he looked at my video and agreed there was no scratches, and said you can complain but said it in a way which came across “your be wasting your time” which left me with no confidence which is a shame as I’ve been using APH for over 10 years but this is the 1st time I’ve used the meet and greet services … would not recommend I’m afraid”
“Booking process very smooth, confirmation email contained all the information needed to drop the car off. Staff were friendly and effective. On return, car arrived at the pick up point just as we arrived at the car park. Would definitely use again.”

Unfortunately on the way to Heathrow we got a nail in the tire of the car meaning we had to switch cars at late notice after calling APH and explaining the situation (we were going to miss our drop of time and had to change the detail of the cars) they were amazing amended our time and changed the details of the car no hassel, no questions asked, no additional charge making a very stressful situation that little bit easier.

“This is a great idea and definitely speeds up departing and arriving from Heathrow Airport. This is well worth the money, and I also opted for the car wash and clean, which again was great.
