“We had the unfortunate situation where our flight had been cancelled and the next available flight was three days later. Fortunately there were no issues regarding the Meet & Greet and extending the car parking. We informed them of the new flight details and were able to sort out the additional payment when we picked the car up.”
“I do not understand why you insist on clients phoning once baggage is obtained and then take 20 mins to deliver a vehicle when you have the flight times and can see when something has landed. So frustrating to be standing around waiting in the cold when the Meet and Greet car park is empty (after delayed flight) and in Friday night rush hour?”
