Alway's faultless and stress free, drop the car off at terminal 2 straight in the elevator to departures, ring the office when at baggage claim and your car is there where you dropped it off would never dream of using a long stay car park freezing on a bus after returning from a long haul 13 hour flight ✈️

On arrival at the car park we were waiting for the person to come to us unfortunately didn’t know that we had to go to the stand where the lifts are. When we found the person he said that I had to pay for the ticket and I said why I’m paying for this when I’ve already paid. Then he had to call his boss/manager to confirm, but still I had to speak to the boss/manager and ask him why do I’ve to pay when I have already paid for my parking online (so confusing). Then he said it’s ok. On collecting my car got my keys and when opened the driver side door the mat and paddles were dirty,(muddy) didn’t expect as I thought they would put some protector. I have also use other meet & greet company and they’ve even washed the car inside and out complementary. I’m not sure whether I will be using you guys again or recommending you.

First time using at Heathrow airport as usually fly from Gatwick. Unfortunately went through the wrong barrier to a different meet and greet provider therefore to get to the correct level (4) we had to pay extra £19.50 to Heathrow parking, not APH fault but could perhaps do with bigger signs to make it clearer. Handover was fine and straight forward. Our return flight was cancelled so we flew into Manchester and then a connecting flight into Heathrow but landing at Terminal 5 instead of 3. Called APH and explained and they said not problem and met us at Terminal 5 carpark instead. Very happy with the service. Thank you APH
