“The staff were very helpful; however, the location is extremely difficult to find, even when following the given directions. If you take a wrong turn and follow the signs for APH Meet & Greet Heathrow, you will be told upon arrival that you actually need to go to APH Meet & Greet Gatwick, which is located in a different area of the car park.
This mistake will cost you £19.50 just to exit and reach the correct location. Better signage and improved visibility are urgently needed to prevent confusion for customers.”
