“Poor customer service, and rude staff over telephone. On return, was threatened by customer service representative over the phone that if they had to wait for me for over 15minutes I would have to pay extra for parking. This was unnecessary; I was already at the meet and greet location - and had to wait another 35minutes for my car to arrive. Quite frankly, a pointless service - I may as well have just used the normally car park!!”
“Leaving the car in the short stay car park is very convenient and avoids having to be getting on and off buses with our bags. The staff in the meeting point were very friendly and the entire process was very straightforward. I would recommend this service and I'm sure I'll use it again.”
“Despite never having driven into Terminal 5 at Heathrow, the instructions were easy to follow, and apart from not being able to find the first 'Press here to Enter' button, arrival was smooth.
My plane was late, but that didn't appear to be a problem and their phone number recognition software meant they knew exactly who I was and where my car was when I returned. All very good.”
