I used this service for the first time in November last year. It was so good I thouht I would try it again. It was just as good, so it will now be my preferred way to deal with Heathrow parking. The staff are so cheerful and friendly ( pretty rare these days!) and on both occasions my car was ready in 10 minutes from calling them. If I have to make one criticism, it is really not easy to find the exact place when arriving at the Terminal. Better signs or better instructions (written for someone not used to the location) would be welcome.

We had never used this service before and were pleasantly surprised. They were very efficient from the moment we arrived to drop off to when we collected our vehicle. They made a stressful part of the holiday stress free. Would highly recommend

Efficient, flexible and great communication. Drop-off at T5 and pick-up at T2 without extra charge.

My car was returned with the driver seat cushion destroyed by mice. There are mouse droppings throughout the car, the seats were wet. I have written to complain but have not heard in response, am asking for compensation. Will not be using again. Suggest others avoid.

The parking instructions prior to arrival are quite poor and upon arrival I was told I should have phoned 30 minutes prior. This is not clear. I then had to pay £7.50 extra or they would not take the car from me. The instructions on how to find the car park are poor and the instructions on return to the car park are poor. Have APH never tried to follow the instructions themselves? Travelling is already stressful, without worrying about phoning ahead, phoning for a pick up, etc. Will never use this again and we go away 10 times a year. Do not seem to care.
