We dropped our car at the prearranged time and we waited only a few minutes on our arrival back at T5. This despite waiting an hour and a half for our luggage!

“Booked with APH, but on arrival found we were with MBW. We would not wish to book with MBW and were never advised by APH of this arrangement. They only allow 15 minutes from phone notification to car collection. This is not enough time in busy periods and the exit gate there was an excess time surcharge of £10. We have been happy with APH in the past, but no more regretfully”
