“all went very smoothly indeed.... you are told to ring them 30mins before you get there... just remember to keep the phone number on your phone and be ready to accept their calls... they called me both on the way down and whilst waiting at the baggage carousel . I paid a bit more for a valet and that was really good too.”
“When booking this I didn't realise it was meet and greet and expecting a car park to patk our car. We also had a extra charge coming out the car park.”
“The drop and pick up service was great, staff friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that when we picked up the car, the drivers mat and car door seal trim was full of mud and didn’t smell very nice! I had to wash the mat when home to get the smell out.”

“A passions payment is required when arriving to the car park.
On collection, my car has been damaged. The lock broken and central locking system broken. The support from the desk was poor. I couldn’t actually unlock my car to get in. They were rude and simply offered the advise to email the provision. In addition, approximately £20 of fuel had been used. No support or response to the complaint email has been received.
I will never use this provision again.”
