“I have used APH park and ride at Gatwick and found them to be excellent and a stress free start to a holiday. Flew from Heathrow thought would give APH meet & greet a go
Park between R and S hand ticket to APH Captain - sounds great but very busy cars double parked no spaces and narrow, needed to drive around again to find a space - ideally you need to drive in to space in order to get luggage from boot. Parked took luggage to lift area where there were desks - looking for APH logo in big sign ! No found logo on a shared desk - greeted by a man who was abrupt and read the disclaimer at super fast speed, sign here, hand key over and hoped for the best. Departure 6am
Arrival 9.30pm
On return Phil called to say my car was ready and where to find him. Phil greeted us very warmly and courteously - APH you need more Phil’s who definitely earned his Captain stripes !”
“Excellent service. Easy drop-off in the short stay car park, very close to T5 and much cheaper than actually parking there. Our car was ready, parked right in front of the desk, when we returned.
Yes, it is more expensive than long stay parking but saves so much time!”
