“Easy to navigate, good communication although, upon calling on return from holiday as requested. Our flight was slightly earlier than expected. Called to say we were at baggage claim at 1.20 pm and was told no problem, car will be ready to collect at 2pm. Waited for bags, received a call from APH at 1.51pm stating they were waiting with the car, told them we were waiting for one more bag (out of our control) were told to “hurry up” a little rudely.
Car looked as though it had been parked under a tree for 10 days. Leaves and dust all over it. Was offered a wash and valet but declined. Overall pleased with service and car was safe. Just a little upset by rude tone of staff after travelling all night and returning home.”

“Great on the way out, on the way back we did not contact them when we landed as we knew that we had assistance booked for getting an elderly relative off the aircraft and this can take a while. We had just got our bags when we got a phone call saying our car was ready, had been there a while and we had to get it ASAP. We explained that we were not ready yet and had not called them. The lifts at Heathrow had enormous queues and we got another call while waiting. When we got to the car park the queues for those lifts were enormous again. We had another phone call and 2 of pur party headed up the stairs. When we were near the top the employee came out of the door, literally threw a car parking ticket and keys at us and ran off. The car park ticket had been checked out and paid 15 minutes before meaning we would have to pay extra of they checked as we left the car park. I called them to initially be told to pay the extra and then email to be refunded, which I said I was not happy about. Then they said that Heathrow was such a zoo today that the car parks were not checking tickets, but if they were someone would meet us at the barrier. Fortunately they were not checking and we were let out of the car park. All in all this could have been avoided if they had waited for our call to say we had our party and bags together before bringing the car into the car park, as they state they do.”
