“On arrival, the representative was rude. I had forgotten to phone ahead and he therefore made me oay the £7.50 Parking charge. I had a flight to catch and could not discuss the matter.
When I returned to the UK, my flight was a little early. Again the rep was rude to me saying that I had to wait until 11.30pm. I did say that you had my flight number and could track my flight, but also that I had booked until 11.30 to allow for any delays. Luckily, my car was ready . However the car had been left in gear and had I not checked this, I could have hit the concrete post on starting the car.
Very poor service. Will not use again.”
