“Easy to to book. Good price. Directions to car park ok but no instruction as to how find the desk to hand the car over. Eventually found someone.
Collection was great. Received a phone call whilst waiting for luggage and car was ready when arrived at car park. Would recommend APH and use them again”
“This is not a meet and greet as described as I found out to my cost, once you have arrived at the carpark and taken a ticket at the barrier you only have 15 minutes to park your car then locate the parking Captain for MBW car parking who does not meet you but you have to find his desk at the exit for the terminal lifts. This does not tell me on the info given by APH carparking this seems to be an oversight by them which lead to my parking fee. If you don't do this is in the allocated time you have to pay a parking fine of total £7.50 even though I was stood near his desk and waiting at my car he did not approach me or ask if I was waiting for the meet and greet and then taking pleasure in telling me I was out of my 15 minutes and pay a fine. The ironic thing about this is when I returned after my holiday and arrived to collect my car it took them more than 30 minutes to get my car to me and no fine was issued. Even though I experienced this fiasco at Heathrow i would still use the carpark at Gatwick but the never the meet and greet.”

Staff not that helpful on arrival depended to know who booked with and said APH but was asking which company within APH. It’s all outsource to MBW
On arrival following instructions but still had to wait 20 mins for the car this was not ideal with a 6 month old baby

“Overall a good service. Entry to the parking area via barriers was not particularly clear, in that 2 barriers had to be cleared. After that, all was good. Car was already waiting for us on our return and car park exit went without a hitch.”
“The whole conceit of meet and greet is good, but make sure you read ALL details of drop off location. We unfortunately went to the wrong car park level and were charged £19.99 for the error!! Our fault I know, but in a busy airport parking lot, it’s easy to do and there was no empathy from APH staff. It felt like just another money making opportunity.
Our car was spotless when left with APH as we had, just had it cleaned before going away. When we collected it, the car was absolutely filthy, covered in thick gritty dust and cobwebs. Lord alone knows where it was stored.
I would definitely have reservations about using APH again. I thought paying over the odds (there are much cheaper meet & greet companies at the airport) would ensure our car was looked after. I was obviously very wrong.
Overall I was not impressed by the whole service.”
