“Good service once you finally find it. The drop off point for Terminal 3 was very hard to find. The instructions were confusing (not wrong, just difficult to follow) and there is no signage in the terminal car park to tell you where to go. I incurred an extra £19 parking charge by going into the official Heathrow meet and greet by mistake. Once you finally find the drop off point (a small desk on the 4th floor of the car park) the service was swift and efficient. Better instructions and signage would improve the service.”
