“We found it after 2 attempts, but the directions given are not crystal clear. you can be led into the wrong part of the Short stay car park itself, rather than Meet And Greet Level 4, which is what you want. Even if you get into Level 4 it is a 100 yd drive or more, sharp turn back left followed by sharp turn back right another 100 yds down to Rows R and S. Then nothing marked APH nor MBW; no signs is allowed!
It worked but we found it stressful.”
“Overall a good experience BUT although we had paid in FULL at time of booking we still had to pay £7 to exit the car park, T3 Heathrow.
Would someone please look into this as at the time there was a 10 car que behind me and the car park attendant wasn't interested in helping us.”
