“We flew from T3 LHR. Instructions given for drop off and pick up were very clear and precise. Drop off took about five minutes and was very efficient. We changed to an earlier flight home. I called APH (MBW) to advise of the earlier time and on arrival at LHR having collect our baggage called to let them know we were ready to collect our car. Was advised would be 15/20 mins. And it was! Car arrived shortly after we got to pick up point. Staff were friendly and professional and while experience was seamless. Will definitely be using them again.”
