“I am afraid it did not work for me. Without a passenger it was difficult to follow the instructions to the parking area and as a result I went to the wrong car park and had to pay to exit it before driving to the correct area having to also pay £6.00 for passing through the drop-off area - that all came to just over £14.00 the APH representative having told me I would have to pay nothing. On my return there was a very long walk from my arrival area (T5) to the T5 meeting area which is in R & S and my car was covered in dust. I won't be doing it again.”
“Overall, a good service which is relatively easy to set up and use. Some of the operatives for the company lack some customer engagement skills, particularly in reference to clear communication either at the greeting desk or on the phone yet others were incredibly polite and delightful to talk to, providing service with a smile. Although quite expensive, it did make our use of the car at drop off/ pick up at the airport smoother and we felt reassured that our car was safe during our holiday. The company also offer valet services for your car. The job completed was a good one. They missed a couple of sections of the car when vacuuming/ wiping down but overall we were pleased with the end result. We would consider using this service again.”
“Smoothly left car at Heathrow. Infact one of the operatives called us on route to check our ETA. A bit more prominent signage would have helped to locate APH from other services. Collection very smooth, car was waiting for us at tje designated spot.

“We had not been informed that APH had subcontracted to another company. This meant that when we arrived at Heathrow we waited ages for an APH agent to arrive. We made a number of phone calls and were advised that someone would be with us shortly. After half an hour the agent from the other company made themselves known to us. This was quite a stressful experience for the start of our trip.
Everything else went smoothly and the vehicle was returned unscathed!”
