“Very good service. The initial instructions to terminal 5 were not easy to follow (different things written in 3 different places), once we found the parking it was excellent. Pick up was just as easy. Would recommend.”
“Drop-off was quick and easy. Don't no why I was berated when collecting car. Instructions were to ring upon reaching baggage reclaim area. I got phone call before I got there, saying they had tried several times to contact me. The plane was held up for 15 minutes after landing due to delay in clearing gate, which meant I colected car 15 minutes later than booked. That meant an additional £14 in parking fees.”
“When we arrived at the car park it was unclear as to where we should then go, we walked down and found various stands by the lift. Also on the return it could have been clearer as to what we should do once we had phoned. They did say it would take 20 minutes but it would have been good to be told come up to the car park and wait as there was no one at the stand to ask when we came to the car park.”
