“My experience at the APH meet & greet at Terminal 5 was disappointing. The booking instructions were unclear that I had to go to Level 4. As a result, I ended up paying extra for parking. The staff simply suggested I send a complaint to customer service, which didn’t address the issue. I would recommend the APH meet & greet, but they should improve their staff training, provide clearer instructions, or at the very least apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
“Had never used meet and greet before this travel from Heathrow - but I certainly will be again. Everything went to clockwork - and the guys taking the car and dropping back were all very nice and approachable. First class service and very easy and convenient - certainly a time saver.”
