“Ringing ahead of arrival needs better explanation in that the call will not be answered but that the phone number if being registered for arrival. Assume that to be the case.
Overall really impressed as drop off was fast and what was most pleasing that on my return the car was there and I did not have to wait. Hence 5 * as inpast I was annoyed at the wait”

Instrcution to find dessk on return needs updating as refers to Nero cafe rather than Costa. Following teh advice involves extra long and unnecessary walk.
Car steering wheel was sticky and dirty. Not good service to have this especially as only a few minutes allowed to drive out of car park.
in inital instrucion/advert it would be very helpful to know how far away the car will be parked. so much is taken on trust with Meet & Greet. Also APH reputation.
Always happy to recommend APH. Would use again but would be very disappointed if steering wheel not clean.”
