“Good service. Yes you have to call ahead before you drop off or pick up, but that's minor.
The drop off area can get busy, but there are plenty of staff and things move quickly. A reasonably priced choice”
“The staff at MBW parking were so happy and kind. Dropped off my car seamlessly and all of them had a smile on their faces! When I picked up my car, something fell off my keychain and it was left behind. The gentleman helped me to get this back and he remained calm and was very kind. Thank you”
“Absolutely . On arrival, there was someone on the desk, we left our key and on our way in minutes. On our return, we had a long wait for our luggage, but when I rang, I was told the car was already there. Spot on. And paid for using Tesco vouchers! 10/10”
“Used APH and chose MBW through them .
On arrival we were early by 30 mins , I phoned ahead and informed them . I was told no problem just proceed to the meet and greet in T3.
The man on the desk in the terminal was exceptionally rude and said you’re too early !! I explained I’d informed the office and was told it’s no problem- he insisted I paid for additional parking !! I was t told this by the office. He wouldn’t have eye contact and continued to be rude and unhelpful. He eventually said pay or leave and take it up with management.”
“First time flying from Heathrow, so we were a little apprehensive about parking! We regularly use APH at Birmingham, so we thought it would make sense to use a company we were familiar with. Decided on meet and greet this time as we had no idea about the area. Everything was really easy, we were meet on time and helped with directions to terminal on foot, the return was also really smooth and the member of staff was lovely and funny which was great after a long haul night flight!”
“Instructions for locating the car park at T5 could have been more clear however, once there service was brilliant and very efficient. We returned to a different terminal, upon calling the number the member of staff was very polite and friendly. The same can be said for the staff at the car park and who handed our car back over. All in all well worth the money for the speediness, ease and efficiency of parking at the airport”
