“Although booked through APH this parking was operated by MBW. Due to an error on my part I made the booking a day earlier than I needed. When I arrived 24 hours later than the booked date, I was charged £50 by MBW - noted this was not for any extra parking but due to a "change". APH have refused to intervene with MBW (their sub-contractor) to request a refund for this ridiculous surcharge.”
