“Having used APH parking multiple times and Gatwick I was expecting the same level of service, however the experience we had at Gatwick was sadly not as good. We were on any early flight but had provided arrival timings on our booking we did call to say we were arriving and then had to wait around 20 mins for a driver to arrive. Because we had waited fo the driver the staff then proceeded to make us pay for 30 mins parking even though we had pre-paid for the meet and greet service. There were no staff at the desk on arrival and the purple parking attendent ended up trying to help us. The return trip was better but I would be reluctant to use APH again after this poor experience.”
“My only criticism is that I arrived on time and called 15 minutes before I got there and said I would wait when he said we should have given them 30 minutes so we waited another 15 minutes and no one came only to find that there was a desk there but was not in your name . The person at the desk was rude so i had been waiting there 30 minutes as it was not clear on your paperwork that the desk was there it said there was no desk and I was waiting for your company to turn up. I then had to pay £12 for them to exit my car when I had been standing there for 30minutes. On return it was total case due to the lifts with only 2 working”
“Everything went exactly as the website said it would. I arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 after calling 30 minutes ahead and was met at the drop off. After a brief check we were straight into the lift and on our way to departures. On our return I called as soon as my luggage arrived and was told that the car would be at the collection point in 15-20 minutes and that is what happened. The car was returned with no issues at all and the car park exit pass provided. No problems, easy and quick service which I’d use again.”
“We found the service rather frustrating. When I phoned to inform APH that we had arrived, we advised to park on the third or fourth floor of the short stay carpark. This was wrong as we discovered it should have been only on the fourth floor. This should also beem much clearer in the information sent to us on booking. On return there is no clear signage indicating Short Stay Car Park in the Terminal 3 building, nor clear signage to Meet and Greet sevices. When we arrived to collect our car having phoned to indicate our return, there was nobody at the desk. When our car was returned after a wait of ten minutes and nobody around to ask, the driver was apologetic and friendly. A notice on the desk explaining the situation would have helped.
