“Have to say very easy process and car was there upon return. However users must note they use your car to ferry employees back to where they keep your cars. I forgot my phone in the car and went back and saw 5 people cramming into the car, I think worth highlighting g to customers you use their cars to ferry employees. I'm glad did not leave my main car!”
“Convenient to drop the car off right at the terminal building. Quick check in before proceeding into the terminal. On arrival back my car was ready at the car park for me to drive off in straight away. No problems at all, efficient service.”
“The company APH are excellent, however, the company used for our meet and greet were ok but failed us on our return. We called to advise we were in the customs hall as instructed, we made our way to the level to collect our car, however, the queue to collect keys was very long, we collected keys loaded up car and headed to the exit, on our surprise we were unable to exit as the ticket only allowed a certain amount of time to collect car and exit, we had to pay to exit the car park. When I contacted the company MBW and told them they said I was in the car park too long and thats why I was charged. I disputed this as they were the ones taking a long while to hand over other clients, keys etc. I was told I would receive a refund, this was July 2024, still waiting.
I am happy with APH, but not the company they use.”
