“First time we have used the Meet and Greet. Have used APH for many years now. Leaving the car was simple and worked well. Easy stroll into the terminal.
Return was not very good. Phoned them 30 minutes before as per their instructions. We arrived a few minutes late but our car wasn't there. There seemed to be a shortage of staff - nobody at the desk and nobody outside. Eventually somebody came and we were told that our car was going to be another ten minutes. That soon became 30 minutes before it eventually arrived. Again the few staff there seemed to running around trying to catch up.
We had booked and arranged to pick up the day after we arrived, as we were returning after 10pm and did not want to drive all the way home, so stayed in a local hotel. Had a number of messages from the company about this whilst we were away but that was sorted out easily and accepted.
So we are not sure what went wrng on the day. Hopefully will not happen next time.”
“Very easy to use service and will use again. Was recommended by a family member to me originally, and it was simple enough after making the booking to then adjust the times, ring ahead on the day when running a little late, follow the directions, and then do all pick up on return (and car was all in one piece/correct and present as expected).
Staff were all very pleasant.
Only thing I struggled a little with was finding out where the desk was in the level 4 carpark after parking. Suggest some signage!”
“Good communication enroute to carpark with clear instructions on directions to multi storey car park in terminal 3 . Dropping off car was a smooth process . On arrival back at LHR picking up car was just as easy with a short walk from terminal . Very easy and slick service . Will use again .”
“Have to say very easy process and car was there upon return. However users must note they use your car to ferry employees back to where they keep your cars. I forgot my phone in the car and went back and saw 5 people cramming into the car, I think worth highlighting g to customers you use their cars to ferry employees. I'm glad did not leave my main car!”
