“Charged £7.50 at drop off fot car to enter the multi story car park. No mention of this when booking. Also on the day of collection looks like my car had been used as a taxi. 10 miles covered around the airport and car parks.
They must have known it had a tracker fitted as I left them with the credit card so the car would start.
Wouldn't use again..”

“Whilst the service was good at both drop off and pick up, the driving data for the car was turned off by someone during the time it was with APH and my connection switched off, the car came back with much less fuel that I expected but I didn't take a note beforehand. Overall, I don't feel I would trust this company again.”
