“The service was effient on both ends of the journey. However, when I arrived back I was forced to pay an additional fee otherwise they would not hand the car back. I did not get any warning about this in advance and needless to say I was far from impressed”
“I cannot recommend MBW Parking highly enough. Our flight was cancelled coming home, so I messaged MBW to inform them and they immediately responded putting my mind at ease, taking the worry out of that part of our journey. All they needed was the information for the flight we would ultimately be travelling on.
It was an incredibly stressful time but MBW were as helpful as one could ever hope for in a horrible situation. We finally arrived back some 36 hours later and our car was with us in 10 minutes. Just brilliant!!”

“Dropping the car off was a flawless process but it took almost an hour from calling after collecting our luggage for the car to be delivered back to us.
The whole point of booking meet and greet is that the car should meet you, if it doesn't then it would be faster and easier to just get the bus to long stay.”
