“Booked to collect car on Saturday but realised I made a mistake so called them to inform them we need collection on Sunday. Got to airport and they still had us down for Saturday. They said that’s ok, we will sort it. Arrived back on Sunday and called through to say we ready for collection. I received a hostile and aggressive man on the phone telling me I was supposed to be back Saturday and they are not releasing my car until I paid £25. They sent me link and it was £35. He was horrible and aggressive. I will never go APH again.”
“After using off site parkung for many trips we thoufht wed use meet and greet for the arrival of our night flight. Had to wait 50 mins for the car, not worth the increase in cost. Back to the bus transfers!”
“Good value for money as I'm a loyal customer. Quick and effecient. Exit instructions for Heathrow Terminal 3 to collect car need clarification. APH are my choice for car parking at Heathrow and Gatwick. Also offer full cleaning of car and this was useful.”
