“Generally service was fine however we left the car at the airport with around 70 miles left in the tank and when we returned it was on zero. Nobody mentioned it to us or advised where the nearest petrol station was. We knew it would be taken off site but would have expected someone to mention our lack of petrol as we don't know the area, it was freezing cold and we had three young kids with us. We were so lucky we weren't stranded on the m25. Luckily made it to a petrol station but the petrol gauge had gone past zero. Would never use them again.”

When we got back - we called as instructed and by the time we got up to the floor our car was already pulling up.

“Worked well for the hours we were at the airport. We were dropping off a Minor so had to wait for her flight to take off.
It was very convenient to use this system even if a little unusual and probably more expensive. As we were unsure of the availability of Parking at Heathrow.”
“My car seat had been adjusted so much I couldn’t even get back in the car. Clearly the person driving didn’t know how to drive my car as had used the paddles which change the whole set up in an electric car not for driving!! Mirrors had changed, heating was on high and in synced which means someone had to be pressing numerous buttons to achieve this. Overall not happy… employ people who know how to use these cars!!!”
