“While the main part (keeping your car safe and be ready when you are back went well, added stress at drop off and pick up made this a less positive experience. At drop off there were not enough parking spaces and we were stressed that if we can park on time we need to pay a parking fee, and at arrival, we received multiple phone calls even before I would have called that we are ready (as it was requested) that our car is there for collection. And then the car was parked with its boot close to a wall. Staff nice and polite but the whole felt very rushed and stressful.”
“Although slightly more expsnsive than other operators, the service we received was excellent. Car was waiting for us when we got back to the car park. Did not take advantage of the cleaning and valeting service offered, though”
