“Got lost because of the barrier but the instructions was very clear, staffs were friendly and even with flight delay on way back they were able to accommodate without extra charge.”
“Relatively stress free service. Drop off fine. Staff could do with some customer service training, as barely a word was said. Not the end of the world, but would be nice to be greeted for a 'meet & greet' service. Collection could have been an issue. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes for our baggage, a delay totally out of our hands and unexpected. When we eventually had our bags, we called APH to release the car, to be told it has already been brought into the short stay and had been there nearly 1 hour. This resulted in an extra £15 car parking charge, which was paid for by the staff member, although I do feel this was going to be put on us if we hadn't kicked up a fuss. It was on the sign off slip as an additional charge. You should not be moving cars until the call has been made, as explained on drop off. I did see in the T&C's that you must make them aware with 2 hours notice if you will be 45 minutes late, this is not possible for a delay such as this. Anybody that doesn't like to argue their case, I feel would have been left to pay this additional cost.
Other than that, service is acceptable.”
“Guys were great very helpful and on hand, when returning we was delayed and changed termianls but they kept an eye on it and made sure the vehicle wss there and ready to go once we arrived.”
