“Arriving and dropping off went almost ok other than that I was told I should have called them 30 minutes before I arrived and made me pay for the car park charge at Heathrow.
How they expect a single person driving from over 1hr away to call them 30 mins before arrival beats me - it is so unrealistic knowing one is not legally allowed to use a phone while driving. I really think that is very wrong and irresponsible of the company.
I emailed about my arrival time; called after picking up luggage and I still had to wait over an hour for my car in the cold as we were told to wait outside. There was no one at the desk and had to walk around to locate the attendants for the company. Other companies had staff manning their desks.
I knew there was a reason I stopped using APH some years back but thought I would give them another chance and I think alternatives work better.
