“Not impressed with this service! I have had APH Meet and Greet before at Stansted airport. At Stansted I was met at the drop off area for both departure and arrival. At Heathrow however things are ridiculous. Your email requests to phone when 30 mins from Meet & Greet, but when we phoned the number from APH email, the automated phone service says to just drive to MBW drop of area. I had to park my car, and then queue for the valet desk in the lift lobby. When I got to the front of the queue, I was redirected to the someone standing by the door in the lift lobby who was supposed to be from APH, but then redirected again to someone else at a desk at the end of the lift lobby who I had to wake up to see if they were dealing with APH customers. No one was wearing APH uniform or had an APH logo on the desk so I could have been handing my cars over to anyone. Only when the guy sorted through his stack of paperwork and found my booking did I know everything was going to be ok. On arrival back into the UK, I phoned after baggage reclaim and spoke to a polite gentleman who informed me my car was already on its way to the parking area where I dropped it off so could collect when ready I was ready. I never saw any staff take photos or video of the car to protect both parties from any damage claim, something which was good to see at Stansted. To summarise, this is supposed to be Meet & Greet, NOT Park & Find!”

“Drop off at T5 was easy and quick. Disappointed with pick up as no signage to find APH collection point which was about 200yards from lift. Also surprised to have to pay £7:70 parking to leave Heathrow car park. Plane was an hour late departing and landing but they should have known this so why incur parking charge?”
“Okay, so I have given a good review becuase I use APH a lot and has always been fine, until my recent trip.
My car now has what looks like a big tree scar across the rear offside door that was definitely not there when I dropped it off. I m about to contact customer servcie to see what they will do about it. I did report it to the guys onthe desk at he airport so I hope I get a satisfactory conclusion”
“Arriving and dropping off went almost ok other than that I was told I should have called them 30 minutes before I arrived and made me pay for the car park charge at Heathrow.
How they expect a single person driving from over 1hr away to call them 30 mins before arrival beats me - it is so unrealistic knowing one is not legally allowed to use a phone while driving. I really think that is very wrong and irresponsible of the company.
I emailed about my arrival time; called after picking up luggage and I still had to wait over an hour for my car in the cold as we were told to wait outside. There was no one at the desk and had to walk around to locate the attendants for the company. Other companies had staff manning their desks.
I knew there was a reason I stopped using APH some years back but thought I would give them another chance and I think alternatives work better.
