“Whilst check in was easy whilst we were away I could see (via my car app) my car was parked on a public street & had doors registering ‘open’. I could only contact APH via email or WhatsApp & both were no use as they had automated responses. No reply. My app then showed me the car had been moved a day before our return to a car park but with doors now “unlocked” so I tried to contact APH again. No reply again so I locked the doors remotely. This was of great concern to me. Only on the day of my return did I receive a reply to my emails…”

We have investigated the situation with the car park, and they have confirmed that your vehicle was temporarily unlocked while their team was arranging it for parking ahead of your arrival. At no point was your car left unattended on a public street – it remained securely within the car park compound at TW5 9PB. The premises are monitored by CCTV and regular security patrols, with no public access to the compound.
We completely understand how worrying it must have been to see the app notifications regarding your vehicle. Your safety and peace of mind are very important to us.

“Good drop off and pick up except when we come up exit the parking. Chap gave us a prepaid ticket that when we inserted into machine said it had been used and we had to pay £7.70 to exit. We will try to re Leon this”

“Not the easiest and quickest of processes on arrival and departure due to the location of the meet and greet car park. Staff were good though but you need to follow the instructions on the booking carefully to ensure you don't get extra car parking charges. You must phone ahead on arrival to the airport which I did not. Nothing wrong with the service from the operator but for me, not the best way to park at Heathrow and will use offsite in future which seems easier.”
