“Long wait times for drop off and collection. T3 drop off area small and disorganised. We called on arrival to Heathrow and were told a driver would be at the desk in 5 minutes (arrived 25 minutes later). When we arrived back to Heathrow and were told 10-15 minutes but car didn’t arrive until 35 minutes later. When I called to chase up the location of the car there was no acknowledgment of the overly optimistic timeline given, just a blame of Heathrow taking car park spaces and making it difficult for them. Car was in a good condition and I believe it was well looked after while we were away but I can’t tolerate the extended wait times and misleading timelines given over the phone so I won’t be using this company again.”

Prompt collection and delivery (even when other meet and greet companies were delayed by 20 minutes or so due to a Heathrow Road traffic delay) our car was parked up and ready to go. We dealt with MPW who must have been contracted by APH to run this service. Was great experience”
“Good service. Car ready to collect . No delays either end. More expensive than some and it seem the same desk covering a lot of different meet and greet companies - not sure if they are in fact all run by the same team and we were paying more unnecessarily. However no complaints re service .”
