“Good service overall, need to have more staff available as it was quite busy at drop off and pick up which was stressful when you have a flight to catch. We were grateful that the staff took care of a bag that we accidentally left behind so that we could get it back straight away. The instructions for entering the right part of the car park were confusing and so we ended up in the wrong part and got charged for entering and exiting the car park”

“Good drop off and collection, helpful staff. Only problem this time was a cracked front number plate - I presume where they have to park nose to tail with other cars. Very annoying, but at least it wasn't an actual bump on the bodywork.”

“Excellent service. Phoned as requested 30 minutes before arrival and a gentleman was waiting for us. On our return we phoned again and were told the car would be ready for collection in 15 minutes. By the time we got to the car park the car was just arriving. Car was in the same condition as we left it. Will definitely use APH again. Thank you.”
