“The signs for level four are not very clear, I had to go out of the car park twice costing £16 before finding the correct entrance
However, once I arrived at level four the process was excellent, car taken and we were close to departures. On arrival back at terminal 5 made the call and my car was delivered within 15 minutes of calling from baggage hall. Would use APH again”
