“Was a great service, during my holiday BA cancelled my flight, had to return to a different terminal than booked, one call and this was sorted for me, very helpful and arranged my car to meet me at the new terminal location and flight time. Wonderful service, helpful and easy to deal with.

“Rang to say we would be late checking the car in on departure but we're told that we would have to pay the car park ticket fee as we were more than 45 minutes after the allotted time. No issues with checking the car in once at the airport and, on return, the car arrived back to the car park a few minutes after we arrived. Staff helpful and friendly.”
“The drop off and pickup part of the process is simple and efficient. I would definitely use the service again.
The only disappointment was having to pay a £50 admin fee to change the booking due to my flight being cancelled just after I dropped the car off. The car had been taken to the off site carpark already. It was brought back immediately, but as the flight was rearranged for the next day, the booking had to be changed resulting in the admin fee. I was sent an email detailing the charge reason (which was offered without any prompt) which I could use in and claim from the airline, but I feel that a charge of £50 is excessive.”

“We were pleasantly surprised how efficient this service is. Helpful, professional and polite handling of our booking at a very early hour. Returning was equally efficent. We called as soon as we collected our luggage and proceeded to the car park area and our car was waiting for us. We have an electric car and approximately 60 miles had been used, be aware of this if you are fully electric. I would also add, the check-in area is at the far end of the carpark, Row S.. This is not clear when entering the car park as the Meet and Greet signs are for another provider. Would not hesitate in using for further travel.”
