“From drop off to pick up of the car, I would give the experience a 4 star review, we had some small hiccups along the way like APH didn't have a designated desk but rather shared with MBW so I think they are in partnership. The process of dropping off the key to the counter was good, the gentleman went through some basic information, reminded us to take picture/video of the car and off we go to the departure. As we were made aware that picking up the car might be delayed up to 15-20mins, which i dont think we waited that long. The gentlemen who presented us the car lost our car parking ticket, but we were assisted in a good manners and he apologies, we were escorted by one of the gentlemen to the gate to ensure we were able to get out. The car came back to us in good condition, I would definately use APH again for our future international travel. Thank you and keep up the good service.”

“Easy to follow instructions. Handing over the car on arrival was simple and quick. When we landed we followed the instructions and phoned when we had collected our luggage, our car was waiting for us when we reached the car park. All in all a simple process that we will use again.”
