“Upon return to the airport the APH telephone number didn't work for myself or other APH customers. Therefore I made my way to car park 3, level 4. I explained that the phone number didn't work. The employee didn't offer any acknowledgement of my words. We then waited over half an hour for our car.
When my keys were given to me with no explanation by another employee who had delivered my car, I still wasn't given an apology, let alone any eye contact.
At this point following a long haul flight I was frustrated but didn't raise my voice. I politely said "excuse me I have been ignored and, I am unhappy with the service received. Will I at least receive a verbal apology?" The man laughed to my face and said no.
I won't ever use this service again.”
“Arrival procedure worked well. Had to wait around 40 minutes for the car to be returned. Traffic blamed. Lots of irate customers around deal while we waited complaining of being charged for parking because they had arrved too early to drop off their cars.”
“I messed up our booking and booked the wrong terminal. I didn’t realise until we arrived and the person couldn’t find our booking. This was quickly sorted out with a phone call and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.”

“Have used a few meet and greet services; some of the smaller ones can keep you waiting for up to an hour when you pick up your car. APH was very efficient and delivered my car quickly-will definitely use them in future.”
