“We tried to call MBP as requested 30 minutes before arrival, but it went to answer phone. Then on arrival we were forced to pay the £7.50 parking fee even though we had only been in the car park 5 minutes. They were making every single person do this. We had no problems on return, but we would not use again as we felt we were being ripped off with the extra parking charge even though we met all the t&c's. I complained by email but had no resolution.”
“I have used APH for as long as I can remember (and that it a long tme!) and cannot ever recall any problems at all. They offer excellent support pre or post booking, flexibility and are price competitive. This particular booking was via MBW and they were great. We sadly had to fly BA out of T5 and they retuned us to T3. I phoned MBW on landing and they switched without any problems and the car was there for me. MBW staff were polite and by helpful So thank you and I will continue to recomend APH.”
