The instructions for directions given when booking are diabolical and when I called on approach to the airport to ask for a better the guy on the phone was not overly helpful either
Having gone round the one-way system several times trying to find the right exit I actually incurred a £40 fine from Heathrow
Directions and maybe pictures of where to go in future would be advisable”
