“I have used several "varieties" of APH at Heathrow and MBW was the worst yet. I was particularly alarmed that there was no inspection of my car when I arrived at Heathrow, to assess whether or not there was already damage to my car before I left it in their care. When I returned, the car was covered in mud. When I pointed this out to the driver he just shrugged. I was also very disappointed at the time the car took to returned to the airport. I phoned after collecting my luggage, but still waited 25 minutes for the car to be delivered. There are now too many APH sub contractors to choose from. It wouldn't be a problem if they all offered similar levels of service - but from my recent experience they don't!”
“This is the second time we’ve used APH Meet and Greet - both times we have had excellent service. The drop off and pickup service runs extremely well. There were no delays and our car was returned within ten minutes of our call to the office after we had collected our bags. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Will definitely use APH again”
