“The service was ok. However when we picked up our car and started driving home we realised the passenger side was water logged. The floor was soaking wet, water all inside down the door, into the speakers! The seat was soaking wet leather with water coming through when sat on. We are so disappointed as this is a costly expense. It looks to me the windows were left open for the whole week!”

Our flight home was cancelled but it was very easy to change dates and terminals by email.

“I was very pleased with the service, very impressed infact. The staff were lovely, efficient and it was EASY!!! However, I do not smoke. The car smelt of smoke? I live in the real world, so I respect that a cheeky fag is going to happen! Please dont try and tell me that ALL your drivers are advised not to......BLAH BLAH. I found the baccy pouch. No real harm as its an old car, I might not be so understanding if it was a new car. Great service, Great people who let themselves down! I will try this again, it was a good service.”
